The Vassal, Fountain's Mercy, is know for much it's river docks, the Witching Academy, and of course the many old imperial fountains that are its namesake. It's unique verticality and thousands of stairs is because it built onto the river hewn cliffs of Houne. There are of course lifts that can be taken to navigate the cliff face, but the Jobblins have neither the Luc nor the time for a lift.
