Transcript:

Panel 1: A draconic customer enters the Jobblins storefront

Panel 2: "Hey", she calls to Erry from off panel startling them

Panel 3: She holds up a wand saying "I’ve got a complaint."

Panel 4: She slams the wand down on the counter as she angrily says, "You said you fixed the flickering on my wand of illumination. But now it doesn’t even light up at all! I don’t know what sort of business you think you’re running here, but-"

Panel 5: Erry picks up the wand to inspect it, the customer continues, “Oh sure. Be my guest, I already tried-” 

Panel 6: She is cut off as Erry flips the wand over, showing her she had been holding it upside down the whole time

Panel 7: "Ah," she says looking stunned

Panel 8: Sheepishly she reaches back out for the wand, “I am so sorry. Thank you so much.”
